4Gen: Harnessing the Power (And Avoiding the Pitfalls)
of Four Generations in the Workforce
(ACHE Virtual Interactive Education Credits)
For the first time in history, four distinct generations— Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials & Gen Z—are working side by side in the workforce. Each generation brings unique perspectives, experiences, and values shaped by the societal, cultural, and technological forces of their time. But these differences can sometimes lead to misunderstandings, miscommunication, and missed opportunities. This workshop will empower you to bridge generational divides and unlock the full potential of your multi-generational team. Gain insights into the forces that shape each generation, debunk common myths, and discover practical strategies to enhance collaboration and productivity across generational lines.
