We invite you to join us at the volunteer event at the Center for Success and Independence on Saturday, February 5th
The Center for Success and Independence is a 501c3 residential facility for kids 13-17. The volunteer activities are
hands-on working directly with the kids. Each volunteer will work with 2-4 kids, engaging them in conversation, and helping them with whatever project we are working on.
In conjunction with representatives of Houston Methodist Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, ACHE-SETC volunteers will perform various tasks, including measuring height and weight, checking vision, assisting with blood pressure checks (automated cuffs), filing completed forms, and assisting in crowd navigation
