Event will be held from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday, December 4, 2021.
***Volunteer face covering is required – Please bring your own… unless you bring your COVID-19 vaccination card or a photo of that card. In those cases, you will not be required to wear masks. This in accordance with the new CDC guidelines.***
Volunteers will inspect, sort, and repackage donated food items.
Volunteers must be at least 6 years old & supervised by a parent or guardian throughout the shift. **Please let Mark Biscone know if you will be bringing a volunteer under the age of 18 years old so that he may adjust our registration as appropriate.**
Safety Requirements: closed toe shoes, wear pants or long shorts, and a long sleeve shirt (no tank tops or sleeveless shirts). No personal belongings are allowed in project areas, please lock valuables in your vehicle prior to check in.
Please bring a printed copy of the QR bar code from your confirmation email or simply display the code from your cell phone to scan-in when you arrive.
Healthy snacks and small meals are available for purchase at the Houston Texans Café inside the Houston Food Bank.
