Come join us at River Oaks Parks for the BEST Ice Cream Social. Mooseum Ice Cream will be providing the ice cream. They offer cones, dishes, milkshakes, slushies and other wonderful desserts. The park is located at 3600 Locke Lane, Houston, TX 77027 . Tickets are $10 each, and proceeds go to the Educational Foundation
