Power of Mentorship from the Eyes of Mentors and Mentees

November 14, 2022 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

“A mentor is someone who sees more talent and ability within you, than you see in yourself, and helps bring it out of you,” (Bob Proctor).

The American College of Healthcare Executives-Southeast Texas Chapter’s Mentorship Committee is
hosting a moderated event that will feature a panel of industry leaders who not only serve as mentors to
students, early careerists, mid-level managers, and executives but continue to benefit from the
relationships they have forged. They will share “best practices” drawing from tangible examples of how
they effectively leverage the Mentor-Mentee relationship to help Mentees achieve their full potential. Like
any relationship, it takes a commitment from both parties to achieve its full potential. These and other
related topics will be discussed from the perspective of the Mentor and Mentee.
