After many month of bylaw review by a multi-disciplinary team, proposed changes to the bylaws were posted earlier in the year to the website for review.  Comments and recommendations were incorporated into the proposed bylaws and brought forth to the membership for vote.  At the 3rd Quarter Breakfast meeting, our membership approved revisions to the Bylaws.
