“Leading from the Bedside to Boardroom” explores the journey of our panelists as they transitioned from providing direct patient care to assuming leadership roles in healthcare organizations.
The discussion will emphasize the development of leadership skills – starting with empathy and clinical expertise at the bedside – and evolving into strategic planning and organizational management at the boardroom level. Through mentorship, self-reflection, and continuous learning, the clinician-turned-leader can become a catalyst for positive change, driving improvements in patient care and organizational performance, financial stewardship, and fostering a culture of innovation.
The event costs $25 for ACHE members, and $35 for non-members.
