Grab a ranch water, (recipe below) or your beverage of choice, and join ACHE-SETC for a Q&A with Eric Allum, FACHE. Eric is the Assistant Vice President of Operations at Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH) The Woodlands. Prior to joining the leadership team in The Woodlands in 2017, Eric spent the previous nine years serving in leadership roles at Texas Children’s Texas Medical Center campus. This program is designed to create connection points with our local healthcare leaders, so bring some questions to get to know David Wagner. Ranch Water:
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add about three ounces (two shots) of blanco tequila and about an ounce and a half (a shot) of fresh lime juice.
- Top with Topo Chico.
- Garnish with a fresh lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
You can also customize this cocktail in many ways, such as rimming the glass with chile-lime salt, adding a splash of grapefruit juice, substituting a reposado or anejo tequila, or adding simple syrup – to name just a few examples.
