The Cocktail – Rodeo Highball:
This cocktail is a simple combination of whiskey, ginger ale, and a lemon twist. But to be a TRUE rodeo Highball, it needs to Pendleton Whiskey – because the logo on the bottle is a cowboy riding a bull! The cocktail is refreshing but it packs a punch…just like riding a bull.
- 2 ounces Pendleton Canadian Whiskey
- 1 piece lemon peel
- 4 ounces ginger ale (Or Ginger Beer if you can find it)
- Lime wedge, for garnish
Using a highball glass, fill about 3/4 full with ice. Pour in the whiskey. Twist the lemon peel into the whiskey, then place the peel on the rim of the glass. Top of with ginger all or Ginger Beer. Stir to combine.
