“What’s Up Boss?” is a unique opportunity for students and early to mid-careerists to engage in direct conversation with seasoned healthcare leaders. The keynote speaker kicks off the evening with an address following which attendees are assigned to tables (for in-person session) or break out rooms (for virtual session) with a “Boss” to interact in an intimate setting.

Each evening’s program is from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Central, with an additional Networking time for the in-person event on 10/22/2025. On the 16th, virtual networking will start at 5:30 PM, and continue following the program’s conclusion. The in-person event will take place in the 2nd floor conference room at the Hilton Garden Inn / Home 2 in the Texas Medical Center at Ballroom at the Westin Houston Medical Center, at 6840 Almeda Rd, Houston, TX on 10/22/2025.
