Regent’s Report for Southeast Texas – Winter 2019

Message from your ACHE – SETC Regent

February 2020

Greetings Southeast Texas Colleagues,

During my three-year term serving as your Regent, we have been able to achieve many accomplishments together, such as increasing our membership to the highest level it has ever reached and continuing to expand our annual leadership conference.  With that, I would like to congratulate our incoming Southeast Texas Regent, my colleague and friend, Jeanna Bamburg, FACHE.  Under Jeanna’s leadership of our chapter, I am confident that we will continue to excel and advance in ways we have not yet even fathomed.  I have been so honored to have been the Regent for this incredible chapter and will watch with much excitement with Jeanna as our new Regent.  I will continue to contribute to ACHE Southeast Texas chapter, as the board chair of our chapter’s educational foundation board.  I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all have been so supportive of the organization and me personally over the years.  Without you, the organization would not be as strong and vibrant as it is.

Also, I would like to thank Jack Buckley, FACHE for all his great work this year as board chair, as well as his tireless commitment over the many years he has served our chapter.  Please join me in congratulating and welcoming Noel Cardenas, FACHE as our incoming 2020 board chair. I have no reservations that Noel will do an outstanding job leading our chapter.

Another important transition to note within our chapter include the successful onboarding of Mark Biscone, FACHE into the role of chapter administrator, to replace Don Gibson, FACHE.  I greatly appreciate the time and effort both these men have, and continue to contribute, to our chapter.

Last, but not least, thank you to each, and every one of our members for your continued support of our chapter and all you do to make SETC one of the largest and strongest chapters in all of ACHE. I’m looking forward to seeing you at some of our upcoming events this year.

All the best,

Todd
