Dr. Eric Alford is a board certified family medicine physician who attended the Texas A&M College of Medicine and completed residency at the Waco Family Medicine Residency Program where he served as chief resident. He currently serves as the Regional Medical Director of a large multi-specialty group in the Brenham Region of Baylor Scott & White Health. More recently, he has become involved with AI technology initiatives at the system level within his organization, working on projects revolving around Augmented Response Technology, AI Chart Summarization, and Ambient Listening opportunities incorporating a standardized APSO note for primary care and specialty providers, for which he serves as the project clinical lead.
