Houston is progressively becoming the “Third Coast” for healthcare in the country. However, our outcomes and population health statistics convey a different story. The recent COVID-19 pandemic also exposed some public health challenges both locally and nationally. How can we leverage the talent and diversity that the Texas Medical Center and surrounding healthcare communities offer? ACHE-SETC would like to encourage major stakeholders to come together to have meaningful dialogue and address different perspectives on the market’s unique challenges.
