The Beacon is a non-profit organization that services the Houston homeless community through daily services, civil legal aid, counseling and mentoring, and access to housing. REGISTER HERE!
Volunteer duties include but are not limited to:
- Meal prep and serving
- Clothes washing, drying and folding
- Client greeting, intake and referral
- Day end clean up and next day prep
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Parking is FREE to Beacon volunteers on the day of their volunteer shift. Please park in the Episcopal Diocese’s parking garage located at:
Christ Church Cathedral Garage, 559 San Jacinto Street, Houston, TX 77002
