ACHE national provides well-deserved recognition to top-performing chapters based on measurable outcomes of chapter performance. Chapters are recognized for annual performance, as well as for sustained performance over time. At Congress 2022 a few short weeks ago, our ACHE-SETC chapter received the Award of Merit for our work in advancing members to fellow status.   The metric is the percentage of eligible members who do advance to Fellow status.  To reach that level, the chapter had to advance to fellowship a number of members greater than or equal to 9.7% of eligible members.    We have a strong support system in our chapter for this to happen: our review courses, the variety of education offered, mentorship program and networking.
