Yes – please email us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org with the colleague’s name and title
Where can I find information on the venue/accommodations?
Please visit the hotel website for specific information. The conference fee does not include the cost of accommodations.
What is the suggested dress code?
Business casual. Meeting rooms can sometimes be cold. While room temperature may be impacted by the number of people in a room, setting room temperatures lower also ensure that prevailing bacteria are not given the opportunity to flourish, as they would were temperatures higher, therefore we recommend a sweater or light jacket.
If you interested in only attending the Networking Reception Tuesday, 5:30pm – 7:00 you may register on site on Tuesday, October 29. The fee is $50. Coded name badge will be provided
